Set up in 2009, Vestia is working with local people, community leaders and partners to improve the lives of individuals, families and communities in need and living in Wyre Forest and surrounding areas.
Vestia has Trustees drawn from across Worcestershire who oversee the development of Vestia, the areas of work Vestia will focus on and to ensure staff provide a first class service to communities and funders.
As part of The Community Housing Group, Vestia can draw on group services to provide human resources, finance and IT support while staff focus on delivering services and support to communities and partners.
Vestia is an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable aims and any surplus is reinvested to support our work.
What do we do?
Vestia’s work ranges from providing direct services to individuals and families through Vestia Training and the Worcestershire Family Intervention Project to supporting residents and partners work together to improve local services. In both areas we seek to improve outcomes by finding new and innovative ways of working, sharing resources and delivering services in a way that makes sense to customers.
You will find more information about our activities under Key Themes.
As part of TCHG, Vestia is able to draw on existing landlord links with neighbourhoods and TCHG’s role as one of largest employers in the County to provide work experience placements and promote job opportunities with TCHG and its partners.
