|Work alongside WFCH colleagues to share and transfer our learning in the re-design of their Housing Management service.||October 2017 - work on proposals for change.
Complete March 2018 - Learning and development provided support for managers on managing and implementing change.
|Jointly use the learning from the recent Homeshare pilot to develop feasibility models and new approaches to meet future housing needs and maximise use of the housing stock.||May – Feb 2018 Work with Shared Housing Officer to develop potential models of delivery for under 35s.
June – March 2018 work with Fusion and WCC to develop potential models of supported housing for Care Leavers.
