We will continue to invest in and develop the services available to individuals, families and the wider communities in which we work.

Targets for 2017-18
Work alongside WFCH colleagues to share and transfer our learning in the re-design of their Housing Management service. October 2017 - work on proposals for change.
Complete March 2018 - Learning and development provided support for managers on managing and implementing change.
Jointly use the learning from the recent Homeshare pilot to develop feasibility models and new approaches to meet future housing needs and maximise use of the housing stock. May – Feb 2018 Work with Shared Housing Officer to develop potential models of delivery for under 35s.
June – March 2018 work with Fusion and WCC to develop potential models of supported housing for Care Leavers.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Target
Develop Skills Matrices for each subsidiary – agree completions parameter framework Monthly reporting on training completion performance to each subsidiary is implemented.
100% employees completing Core Training.
