Vestia Group Training to work with HR and Corporate Services to re-define our service offer and develop joined up delivery processes to meet the changing needs of the Group Develop our role as a Business Partner Introduce key account management and increase customer satisfaction
Ensure delivery of the right training, at the right time to our workforce, that translates to: improving our business processes; generate efficiencies and improve the quality of our services. Review and update skills matrices for all subsidiaries that identify Core training needs
TCHG Apprenticeship Programme Broaden apprenticeship frameworks (including number of higher apprenticeships) available throughout TCHG
Link recruitment with predicted skill gaps and succession planning Working in partnership with TCHG HR, develop and implement a Talent Management Programme across the Group. Ensure the services from providers of apprenticeship frameworks is quality provision (success rates above national average) and provides value for money
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Target
Number of apprentices employed by TCHG 5% of workforce
Link apprentice opportunities identified through skill gaps/succession planning/talent management programme
80% Apprentices complete programme
Of those 90% complete within standard time period of the framework
Implement new UK Government Funding model - Apprentice Levy framework across the Group Framework in place; TCHG maximising recovery of their Apprentice Levy cost
